DIRECTIONS FROM THE NORTH: Take I-295 South — through Yarmouth, Cumberland, Falmouth and into Portland. Exit I-295 on Franklin Arterial (Exit #7). Take Franklin Arterial to right turn on Cumberland Avenue (second traffic light at top of hill). After Cumberland Avenue crosses Preble Street, there will be an entrance to parking garage on your left. Parking Garage has a TD Bank sign on entrance. We recommend that you park in this garage. Exit parking garage near attendant’s booth onto Brown Street. Walk up Brown Street to intersection with Congress Street. Turn right on to Congress Street, and walk past first section of building to sidewalk/sitting area. We are on the 7th floor.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE SOUTH: Take I-295 North (Exit 44 off the Maine Turnpike) – through South Portland and into Portland. Exit I-295 on Forest Avenue (Exit 6A). Follow Forest Avenue through two lights. At third light take left onto Cumberland Avenue. Follow Cumberland Avenue until you see entrance to Parking Garage on right. You will pass Casco Street and Brown Street. Parking Garage has a TD Bank sign on entrance. We recommend that you park in this garage. Leave parking garage near attendant’s booth onto Brown Street. Walk up Brown Street to intersection with Congress Street. Turn right on to Congress Street, and walk past first section of building to sidewalk/sitting area. We are on the 7th floor.
