Dan is a director in the firm. His practice is concentrated in the areas of workers' compensation, employment and discrimination law, and civil litigation of personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Dan is admitted to practice before the State and Federal courts in both Maine and Massachusetts.
Raised in Newburgh, New York, Dan relocated to Boston, Massachusetts during his college and law school years. Dan spent several years working in consumer sales for M&M/ Mars in both Boston and Buffalo, New York before entering law school. He has been practicing law in Maine since 1986.
Dan currently resides in Portland with his wife, Kathy. Dan's favorite activities include cooking and golf. He is a member of the Portland Country Club. During the summer and fall, Dan regularly returns to Boston to attend baseball games at Fenway Park and football games at Boston College.
